Ouch! My wife is like that, too.I am laughing a bit about the bubba gum knives. I bought a single blade trapper bubba gum. I like it a lot, but my wife calls it a "tampon knife". She asks how many proofs of purchase I needed.
Did I mention she is a bit of a smarty-pants?
"Maybe we can figure out SOMETHING they'll buy!"

Forgot before; won't buy anything with a half stop again..
And why spend an extra $10 when you can get the same thing in yella>???
Why don't you like half stops? I kind of prefer them since in my experience knives that have them have a bit more "snap" to them, but it's not a deal breaker either way.
I think you've pretty much covered mine with your dislikes. My one point of contention with your statements is the Johnny Cash and John Wayne sets. I have complete sets of both due to my admiration for each man. I do agree that pink does not belong on knives or guns though.
I hate 'em too. Open and close. Cut out the middle man.
Cut out the middle man.

Open and close (on your finger )
All a matter of taste of course, I for one favour half-stops,helps with cleaning&oiling too:thumbup:
