Don't pay the markup, it's just a knife. I've held off owning a high end folder for more than a year now waiting for this knife, and if I don't get one new I won't be getting one, that's just the way these things go sometimes.
The standard version is still the best folder design in the world (and if you're not specifically a steel nut the standard version is probably better).
 
I think I ordered from KC the day they put it up. I am really liking this one. It was the only reason i didn't buy a "normal" one.

If you preorder from anywhere you're not guaranteed anything as no one knows who's getting them till they hit the streets...
 
We just finished a second run of these - we have built about 500 of the 0560CBCF's to date. They are turning out great.

Keep your eyes open... :)
