Cell phone's really tick me off!!!!

Good news, Chris. Watch out for the crazies, drunks and druggies -- and those holding a cell phone while driving!

I got my truck back today and I must say Cooper auto body did a superb job! It is just about perfect and I am a happy camper now! I had her out on the open road testing her out and she performed flawlessly! I just hope I do not have any trouble in the future but I guess time will tell. It sure is good to have her back!!!:D

Some of those body shops are absolutly Tops!!!!!!
I had a 1957 Ford that I was pretty happy with and which the mother of my kids chose to go ahead and drive to work against my advice one snowy day way back when.
Needless to say she got hit, at least it wasn't her fault, but had she stayed home it wouldn't have happened.
15th Street Body Works fixed her better than new.:)

When we have a Sweat or other gathering here, like the Catoosa Chonvention, we try to get everyone parked in the yard. There's always 1 - 2 bars open at the end of the street and one never knows the condition of the patrons when they come out and get in their cars to drive away.

One night the old used to be neighbors across the street came home to pick up something and were only gonna be in the house a minute.
One of the drunks came down the street in a big ol' Pontiac and smacked the big ol' Lincoln right in the arse.
Knocked the big ol' Licoln up in the yard and somehow it captured the big ol' Pontiac.
The drunk prceeded to put it in reverse and burn most of the rubber off his rear tires. Then he got outta the car, left it running, and started walking back towards the bar.
We got him stopped and then the local LEO's showed up.
The drunk spent the rest of the night in jail, the gals across the street didn't get what they wanted that night, nor did the guys who would've picked 'em up. Absolutely ruined Everyone's evening.:D

The only good thing that happened outta the whole deal was the drunk wasn't charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
He never did come back to thank all of us. ;) :p  :D

Never use your cell phone while pumping gas - unless you really want to get "hot". They have caused explosions at gas stations on several occasions by ingiting gasoline fumes. FOR REAL!

Uncle,

As I understand it, the cause is microwave radiation focused by the phone itself.

Maybe I'll replace my spark plugs with cell phones and have the only microwave radiation powered Ford Taurus in the world.

Some of our gas stations have a warning. Barb's the one who usually pumps the gas, she goes more than me, But it seems that the Flying 'J's' all have a warning about using cell phones while pumping gas.

One evening we were at our local Flying J and I was pumping the gas. There was a little gal that started toward me asking me something. I saw the cigarette in her hand and told her I wouldn't tell her nothing until she either got away or put out the cigarette.
Seems like they had misplaced a credit card and was wondering if they had left it in the pump.
Kinda made me wonder what else they had been smoking!!!!!!!!!

In the old days before they had the fancy gas pumps that keep the fumes in the tank it always made me nervous to see somebody pumping gas with a cigarette dangling out of their mouth. You could see the fumes drifting up out of the tank but luckily I never was present when smokers blew themselves up.

After a minor gasoline explosion and fire when I was a kid cleaning car parts with gasoline I learned my lesson.
