Charles Bolton and puma bowie

Here's two knives I don't see myself using or doing anything with.
1st: Charles Bolton fixed blade with deer and initials scrimshaw work with (artist is LAY?). The knife is in great shape but does have some minor imperfections / sxratches in the mirror finish.
2nd: Puma bowie that does not have a sheath. Has the same minor imperfections but no scratches or dings in the blade. Appears unused.

What is the serial number on the guard of the Puma?

There isn't a serial number on the guard of the bowie. It's a 2003 production knife.
