Hey guys!

Thanks again for the gear and help Xander.


I just mailed asking for tracking on the folder parts, something is going to happen with them for sure. They should be in today if they mailed them when they planned to...

This week - finish up 12 Backpackers, a .36" Zukuri Tanto, the Tuna-Maki, 5160 tanto, sheaths... and two Chef's Knives. Hopefully start some folders!

Mornin' gang . You know , I did not realize how great pillows are till I went to bed last night. Pillows are good.

Working on camera repair right now. Talk about tedious work! Just got all the light seals replaced on my '70s vintage Yashica Electro 35 GSN, now to do open brain surgery on it. There is this little rubber pad on an actuation arm deep inside that deteriorates over time and throws things out of whack. Gonna be fun.

Nah, that's the DFK tanto, I did the cord wrap on it. I did start something like what I sent you, but I'm working on my KITH knife right now. Integral subhilt fighter.

X has a good pic of that one in his album. That's a DFK A2 tanto I made a ways back, part of a run but one of a kind!

I'm working on the Zukuri now, today I cleaned up the grinds and it is looking good! massive... 13" probably

Nah, that's the DFK tanto, I did the cord wrap on it. I did start something like what I sent you, but I'm working on my KITH knife right now. Integral subhilt fighter.

Hey FBC sounds like a great weekend! I have gone camping a lot, maybe a year if added up... I bring a pillow! lol or stuff a bag with clothes and use it. Glad you're back!

Sad news about Pat (pff) passing. I don't think I have seen him around here before, but he always kept up with what's going on.

Rolf, here is the DFK Tanto in A2 with my own handle wrap.

I'm sick of the weather here, gonna jump 35* in 3 days. It was raining and 65 yesterday and will be 101* this weekend!

good morning folks. I recieved some cool scales from Shadetree. A nice maroon burlap and a GITD (green) Carbon fiber.They both look really good,I need to make something new to put then on. I better get going on some work I need to finish up.Have a good one y'all.

It is inspiration like this that keeps me coming back I am working on a tanto right now!Just need to sharpen and then maybe some maroon micarta scales.
I had a hell of a time opening this bottle with the TBOK.Maybe I am doing it wrong

Yeah Barefoot is pretty good, we often buy it. I used to be really into wine and even make it but don't really drink much... (messes with my sleep) I need to make some beer!

My Dad is starting a small vineyard in TX. He's just buying small plants and planting few by hand every year but it will be cool! There are wild grape vines everywhere there, some 6" wide!
