Don't know what I'm going to do today, might just kick back. But I did get more camera parts in the mail, so I might get my Miranda F all fixed up with new seals. Still workin on my mini for the KITH, too.

Wow! That's hot! It will be that hot just down the road here. Yeah the AC is nice! My shop feels that way this time of year until I have lots of motors cranking... so nice!

Thanks again on the tripod, it is beautiful! Cool you are doing some work on the cameras... can't wait to see what you capture on film. My in-laws developed film for a living btw...

I should get a pic of that knife, I have it put up somewhere... That was from a friend around the time I first got into wanting to do scales myself... we were all (and still are) big fans of Redrummd who now has a subforum here too! He's the best. I never really got into doing the scales as I got interested in metal work and hard use materials...

Afternoon troops.

Just buttoned the camera back up. All new light seals, a new mirror bumper, pentaprism seal and a CLA (Clean, Lube and Adjust). Also noticed a bit of grime and fuzz between the 2nd and 3rd lens elements, so I disassembled the lens too. Clean and blow out between all element groups, and an inspection of the lens stop blades. All is good and this thing is ready to go! I'm going to throw some Kodak BW400CN in it and see how it does!

This is a hefty little camera, but built like a brick sh!thouse! Its obvious it has taken its lumps along the way.

The wife took off to go shopping for new sandals, that was 2.5 hours ago. I don't get it. Oh well, I got DJ Shadow cranked up and out of balance on the turn table! These little 2way book shelf speakers I got put some bump in the low end for sure! Still need to find a cable for my powered center channel to really shake things up! The cable isn't hard to find, I'm just lazy at times.

Shadow!!! I recently got my surround sound going, needed wire too... man I'm glad I did! 4 Yamaha NS10's and a Dayton center channel...

Entroducing, The Private Press... I don't know if he has any more "official"albums but I heard rumor of a new one. I have the MC3 stuff too, came with the Private Press...

Wow just looked and it seems he has a million small releases on vinyl! cool!

I came very close to buying a vinyl cutter that worked on 1200 series tables... still keep saying I'll get my electronica music out. I have an album that I made, need to locate the master or get my old Cakewalk program going.
