All excellent features! But for those who frequent themselves in sports activities and don' t want to lug a heavier folder, a lanyard hole in the FRN models would have really topped it off. Unless the pics shown are not the final models to be made available?

Finally they are out!

My favour still rests on the FRN version because of the weight factor. Now for this new version, with comparsion to the current one, what I like and dont like about them are:

Current version -

Pros:
Light weight.
Slim.
Simple look.
Simplier design on the clip attachment (I like the fact that I can actually use a nickel to adjust the tightness in no time, kinda handy and field-friendly).

Cons:
Thin tip.
Sticks high when clipped inside pocket/IWB.

New version -

Pros:
Rides deeper in the pocket when attach the clip on the pivot side.
Stronger tip.

Cons: (to me)
Added weight.
Been told the handle is thicker than the old verson because of the steel liner.

Gotta wait till I have handled one in real and see. Don't think the added 1 oz. will be that much of a difference. Though I am sure for the quality it won't let me down. Looking forward to it. Thanks, Sal!

I like them. In fact, the new tip is the main reason why I'll get one of the new Delicas. I never liked the pointy tip of the current version.

I LOVE the new point. That has always been my only complaint about the Endura. I own three of them and have messed up the tip on all.
