Of the three knives in the picture that works, which is the copy?

It's called a paratraxx knife

I have an extra wsk like the one on the top of the three wsks in a row

None of the knives pictured looks like the paratraxx. Top looks like a Red Scorpian Six, middle one can't tell, third Tom Brown.
