I want to clear out my 2010 knives and make room for 2011, happy new year.
These small chef knifes have been really popular, just the perfect size for everyday use. I keep one on my counter with a custom cutting board so I can grab and cut. The stainless blade will not discolor, rust or stain. Holds a very good edge and easy to sharpen with a ceramic rod or stones. The handle is professionally stabilized perfect for wet kitchen use.
Blade is 1/8 ATS34 5" long 2" wide 400 grit hand rubbed finish. This is a full flat grind to the full height of the blade to a edge of about 0.015.
Handle is stabilized Red Palm, it is 4 7/8 long. The front of the handle is scalloped allowing you to use a pinch grip on the blade.
Also very nice mosaic pins.
Price $115.00 includes shipping in US via Priority Mail.
