OMG! lol! Flashbacks of college days and my 64 VW bug! Thanks for the giggle, I needed that. :) btw, 6 volt systems are not worth the effort, but that starter on a 12 volt battery is something to behold. ;)

dwayne, stump....

i'm drunk 2nite, but not 2 drink to say another prayer and send special smoke your way...

five years ago my son of 19 went through cancer, it's a crappy deal,

my prayers are with you, good luck bro's.

.

Thanks my friend :)

The teens shouldnt be a time to worry about things like that, teens should be the time to worry about grades and the opposite sex, and the occasional beer, and the movies, and cars, and what haircut to get next.

We're back again, happy to be home in the land of heat and humidity. :) Dad's doing ok, his wife isnt taking the whole thing so well, she isnt accepting defeat yet. Gotta admire that woman, 1/2 Choctaw and a very strong person.

I've got a bunch of beer stiens to show y'all, my father gave me his entire collection, some awesome pieces there, I am very proud to have them. :)

Also got his Auto Ordinance 1911A1 and Webly Mk 4. That Mk 4 is the best one I have ever seen, awesome revolver.

Pics to come soon, we had an awesome time, very well spent. Got some questions answered and some concerns met. I am exausted, but happy. :) In six weeks were going to be doing it again, this time in the pickup to get some more stuff that he wants me to have.

I am in awe of what cancer can do to, and what it can bring out in a person.

Dwayne - sorry to hear of your father's battle with cancer. During my Dad's last six weeks (19 years ago), I had a lot of time to consider this event and begin to think of honoring it as the important passage from one generation of our family to the next as it should be. We fathers just want the love of our children and the knowledge we sent them forth to be truly good people. I'm sure he is proud of you and deeply happy that your crew came to see him.

Bill
