I use Chestnut Ridge to order all my Queens. I collect the amber bone versions and Tom is always helpful about sending me a really fine example.
 
Tom is a great guy and takes really good care of his customers. I have an RC5 from RAT cutlery on order through them and wouldn't have placed a pre order if I didn't trust him.
 
Bought from Tom a few times, his international shipping rates are fair, customer service top notch and great communication.

i ordered one knife from tom near the holidays. after ordering i tried to use their site to view my order and that page never worked. he had shown the knife as in stock and not as pre order. so once i found that out i tried feverishly to cancel my order sending 2 emails which never got responded to. once i was responded to they said they had shipped my knife and dinged my CC, apparently not reading the 2 emails i had sent 1 saying that if i cannot receive the knife by a certain date to cancel my order and the 2nd saying to please cancel my order (because the date that i needed it had passed). it eventually got resolved but took 2 weeks.
 
I pre-ordered an RC-5 recently and he has out up with my calls un a very polite manner. You know, the "Are they there yet" calls. :D

I never feel like I am bothering him and he always takes the time to explain what is going on.
 
I recently bought from Tom and spoke to him on the phone. Good guy, good merchandise, good prices. :thumbup:

Our return policy is: You can return any item with out question, as long it is returned in the same condition that you received it.

If we made an error in the shipping we reimburse the customer for the return shipping and issue a full refund or correct the error at our cost.

If you want to return a knife or other item just because you change your mind; we accept the return (as long as it is returned in the same unused condition that you received it) and we will issue a refund less our shipping cost.
