John has also spent time answering my e-mail inquiries in detail and his customer-orientation is quite obvious. He is absolutely top tier and I will definitely continue to do business with him.
My only complaint is that it is hard to remember his URL. It would be easy if it was "Chiefscutlery.com" but instead, it is "members.home.net/jferguson4"
