Chinese Knives - Do you buy them? Will you buy them?

And let's be honest, the guys at WE, Reate and Kizer are passionate about their knives. They are really no different than us, except that they live in China. I bet if any of us sat down for a whisky with them, we would have a fascinating conversation and come away with a new friend.

I have a couple of low-priced Chinese pocketknives that I toss in my checked baggage. They are low enough in price that I won’t get too choked up if they get stolen. Otherwise, I will not spend a lot on a Chinese knife.

Maybe you haven't looked at the right level. Go take a look at the $250 plus knives and see the level of quality that's there. The fact that you are willing to carry other knives from other countries but somehow feel embarrassment for knives from China is somewhat prejudicial.
No, I'm not somewhat prejudiced toward China...I'm 100% prejudiced toward China.
They are an enemy of the United States of America and other nations of the free world.
The Cold War never really ended.

I can't understand why any American would spend $250.00 dollars on a chinese made knife when that same $250 bucks would buy them a great American made knife.
Unless that American is actually anti-American and/or pro communism.

You want to discuss this sort of thing on BladeForums then you need to buy a membership so you can get to the political sub-forums. If you want to talk politics for free I'd suggest Facebook.

Well here is another one to put on the ignore list. It's helpful when they make it plain and clear what type of person they are.
