choices...

you are correct - I have not seen you use the word "wimp" in common usage.
but then, my comment wasn't a quote, it was a generalization - driven by this comment "if people are getting picky over a few ounces and use that to make their choice, then..." - which brought weight difference up in a thread where no one else had mentioned it and implies a negative feeling towards a personal choice criteria that does not meet your own.

No negative feeling was implied. I'm very forward, and don't imply. If I wanted to imply ANYTHING, I would have come out and said it straight. You can't imply anything over the internet, it simply doesn't work. You read way too much into my posts, and I don't personally attack anyone for their opinions. I may question their position, but certainly not the person themselves. Again, in almost all of these 5 or 6 threads, weight is one of the main concerns-"oh it's heavier, and the blade is 5 inches versus 6 inches..." which is very decieving, because the 6 has a good sized choil, and the 5 is a 5.5 inch blade. It's a very valid point to make in this discussion, and was in agreement with a statement, not trying to start a whole new 'thing.' You constantly judge me for my posts and read WAY too much in what I type. Again, I'm forward-I don't imply anything, and I don't personally attack (but it happens to me all the time, every aspect of my life on an international knife forum ). I think people get a very wrong impression over this...

I like my 5, I don't have the 6 but I have the old rat 7, almost the same blade, but the 5 and the 6 are two different blades.......the 6 you would stick in a hog to kill it, the 5 you'd stick in a car door tank to kill it.......

Fixed it for you, Ratsie.

I've had my 5 for a long time now, and have to say it's my favorite knife. I'd put it up against more expensive production and custom designs any old effin' day of the week.

I even gave it a nickname: Leatherface. :D

All my knives have nicknames. My BK9 is "Sweet Lucille"; my old RAT7 is "The Old Bastard"-- I got it ages ago and it's tough as an old bastard; the Izula I plan on giving to a friend -- that I've beaten the snot out of -- I call "New Kid"; my Mora is "Swedie-baby" (after Luke Swenson!!); and my two CS Kuk machetes are "Skeeter and Lubert: The Shit Kickers".

I think you highly overrate your importance to me or anyone else on the forum.
I don't "constantly" judge you - or anyone else.
You're seeing attacks where none exist and by doing so creating your own perceived problems on the forum.
