Something bigger for a change...
Chopper, lamb splitter style, forged to shape from 5160 steel bar.
Powerful tool with great balance and nice taper, and i'm sure it will be great tool for any outdoors activity, kitchen/butcher work.
Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are brushed with scotch brite.

Handmade 11/64" thick leather sheath, with great retention. Detachable belt loop, right hand carry.

Overall length - 16"
Blade length - 10,8"
Blade width - 2,5"
Thickness at the touchmark - 15/64"
Tang tapered to 3/64" at the end, blade tapers to 13/64" to the front

Chopper weights 30 oz and with sheath is 409 oz

Handle material: Paper micarta, black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.
