Nathan, I am happy that you were able to make it. That takes a little pressure off me. The following will sound bezzar and I wondered about this type thing before even posting the thread. What can go wrong will go wrong.
Even though I knew you too much of a gentleman to purposely cause a tie I also had to realize there might be the possibility you might not notice or read D.sylvesters number entry. Therefore I had to let it go until you entered your number.
The fact is after there was a two way tie I wrote down, as the run off number, the number 11 (eleven). D.sylvester nailed it dead. Congratulations D. and I am happy to be able to send her on to you.
All that is left now is for D.sylvester to email me his mailing address. D., I can ship out to you Priority U.S. mail first part of next week
I endorse this VHS video as very good explaining the theory of operation, component construction, and tooling and such required. It assumes you have grinding ability - such as this is not your very first attempt at making a knife; you know what I mean - and both audio and video quality are more than sufficient. A knife maker after watching this video will be able to successfully make a scale release auto. It is set in a workshop we all can relate to. For those not lucky enough to win this particular copy I recommend it from Chris himself at:

Thanks fellows and very sorry Nathan. I wish I had more of them.
