I sent my Seb in for pivot issues, and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service I got from the shop. Dave Fujii on here helped me get it to the shop, and I got back a Seb that appeared and felt brand new to me. Not only do they make a great knife, they back it up with great service!

I sent CRK a folder I had buggered up (do I really have to go into detail; let us just say I am a serial futzer). While they were dismayed at how I had messed it up, they were quite gracious in doing their best to get in as close to brand new shape as they could. Great work; great people!
