Since I`m in a darn good mood today, (and I`m froze solid from working outside), it`s Contest Time! This one is a little different, I want to see outdoor Winter photos. They can be camping, hunting, hiking, pics of your knives in the snow, or for you guys that don`t get snow, pictures of your house decorated for Christmas, I`m easy to please! The prize is one of my Hiker Plus models. I had this one in the exchange for a while, no interest, so I was going to give it to one of my son in laws. Truth is, I like you guys better than them, so it will go to one of you instead. It has a 5 1/4" blade of 3/16" 1095, 10" overall, contoured lacewood handle with aluminum pins and lined lanyard hole. No sheath with this one, I`m not in a stitching mood. The contest will end Thursday December 18th (my 21 year wedding anniversary), so I can get it shipped to the winner in time for Christmas.

Im in too. Only pic I have right now, but I will add some tommarow.

The mystical JK test blank, I call Chuck Norris. Eats bricks and steel and .45ACP for breakfast.

I'm not eligible for this contest, on grounds of geography, but I can't resist the opportunity to post a few snow pictures, just for fun.

Some of the pics from you guys "up north" are so good, I think I will open it up to include Canada, you just won`t have it in time for Christmas.
 
seeing how this is the CA. coastal redwoods, we don't ge much snow... well this morning i just woke up to a bunch of hale on the the ground.. does that count...:o
 
Slice open a pillow and dump out the stuffing Mike. Then take a knife pic.:D:thumbup:

John if I win, I want Mike to get the knife. He needs a sharp christmas present. :thumbup:

BarberFobic1992, I still think that picture is classic. Good thing your knife is lightweight as well - I was just thinking that my BK-9 would probably sail right through thin ice like that.
