Camillus EDC or Spyderco Lum folder (normal EDCs, well those and a S&W 340pd or Kahr MK9, but no one will be opening anything with those ;-)

The Caly, Jr. is for when I am in my PJ's. When I am dressed, I will have my Sebbie, Firetac, and Caly,Jr.

:D I'll have my Adventura, SS Dragonfly PE, and Leatherman Wave.;)

God Bless:)

CLAMPACKS???????????? HATE 'EM! I prefer to use C-4 on 'em. :D

Actually, I'll be wearing my Schrade Uncle Henry LB7... Christmas-morning-sharp, and freshly polished brass bolsters, that is! And my Leatherman Micra is on my keyring...it has the toughest pair of scissors! Easily cuts those plastic strap-ties that hold things into the packages.

I hope to have my custom TK3 from Tom Krein by then. If not, I'll probably be carrying my Manix or my new BM 610.

One of my full flat grind Spydercos. Not sure which, whatever grabs me that day. Maybe the Lil' Temp or the Manix or the G-10 Police or....

Full flat grind Spydercos are awesome cutting tools!

I feel better now that I got that out of my system. :D

...or the ParaMilitary or the DLC Military or....

Awesome thread!

This is my first Christmas as a real knife knut (i.e. I know own some good knives instead of boxes full of CCCs), so I hadn't really thought of how great it will be to be a "knife guy" on Christmas morning.

I will use my Mcusta Kasumi because it is very pretty (which is fitting for the event) and was sort of a Christmas present to myself. Not that an Opinel is too boring or plain to use on Christmas day, but I'd rather use my "fancy" knife for such an occasion while I use my Opinel for work.

If they made a multi-tool with the snips in the front (I know, pretty useless as a pliers then) I'd be set. those wire tie downs are too darn tight to get even a LM needlenose in to cut.

They do make multitools with snips. Leatherman and several other companies make their smaller multitools based on scissors instead of pliars.

It took me up to today to be able to answer this, but it's going to be an aluminum handle Dozier folder that I picked up at the N.Y.C.K.S.,last Nov.Merry Christmas evereyone.

i just got the benchmade 610 yesterday, ill have to test it out sunday on slicing open some presents. real cool knife, that one is !;)

Hi goldie,a fello Long Islander! That's a big knife your gonna carry,be careful.

Those nasty blister packs will be no match for all of us knife knuts!!! Hehehehehhehe!!

I'll probably be sporting two knives. I'll be preparing my Allen Blade MEUK in O1 steel and my Leatherman Charge XTi as well. The guthook on my Leatherman has become my clampack hook! It works like the dickens for sure. Both tools will be touched up on my waterstones later today :)

My Spyderco 79mm Rescue will be the CDC [Christmas Day Carry] of choice. Nothing tears into packaging and tape like a sharp serrated edge.

I'll have my trusty 806D2 with me as always and my small SAK to open packages. It has a locking blade for big stuff and the always usefull scissors.
