Christmas morning carry

I've decided to go Buck 110 for blister pack duty, and the sheepsfoot blade on a Schrade 8OT stockman for paper and tape.

I still need to decide on a "loaner" for other people to use.

Me too, i use my 110 for everything.

I'll need it for allll the packages i'm going to be opening when i kidnap Mr Claus and steal his big bag of toys....oops, did i type that?

...

This morning I used my Leatherman tool and my old Irish Barlow to fix some wiring in the oven, I'll just keep them on. Along with my Vic Huntsman and I will add one of my Schrade Stockmen, I'm very fond of them.

it's just me and the wife here, no family and no kids. So it'll be us at home with whatever gifts we give each other. And that also means all the toys to open them with, so if it calls fer a chain saw...........:D

It's Sunday morning over here and we're going to my Mom this afternoon for christmas.

I'm carrying my Spyderco Pacific Salt/SE now but I think I'm gonna change it for my Rescue 79mm for the clam packs;)

My Leatherman Wave is definately getting a workout this morning. :D Merry Christmas to everyone!

Looks like it'll be a Spyderco Manix. I can't imagine a gift wrapped well enough that this little sucker couldn't handle it. But I'm sure my wife tried to wrap the "unwrapable" gift! :D

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah everyone!

I just figured it out. I'm carrying my Buck Metro for the following reasons:

1) Small & light enough not to weight down the jammys.
2) Just enough blade to get the pakages open.
3) A nice bottle opener to crack open a cold one later in the day (its hot down here in Texas).
4) And most importantly, it will be the first time to use it since the relatives gave it to me last Christmas!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!

Fightin Bull stockman. They have these huge sheepsfoot blades that make them them incredible box and package openers.

An older FRN clip SE Delica at the moment.

One of my all time favorites! Mine goes with me everywhere. I like the way it fills the hand, and it's even a tad smaller than the newer Delica. With the full Spyer Edge, it's a very serious cutting tool in a very small and light package.

I'll be using a Tanto SnG and no one will be borrowing it.:grumpy: :p It's my current fav cuz I have it sharp as the dickens. I'd take something better (a different Strider) but I'm the only one who would notice the difference anyway so it seems like a waste.

Used my SAK and Wave too since the *%^&$& toy manufacturers use wire and screws to keep the stinking toys in the boxes now. :D The wire cutters on the Wave were used the most. Stupid wire. Didn't get one crack about killing people with my SnG either since I was the only one there that was actually able to open clam shells, wired in, AND screwed in toys. Silly people.:p

Merry Christmas,

oil

ps. Here's what Christmas should be: Someone's wife on the forum secretly contacted me to wheel and deal on a Custom Mick Strider AR for her husband for Christmas. Personally I've never gotten something that cool as a gift. He's a very lucky guy. And she does have a sister but couldn't recommend her in good conscience.:o Nuthin says love like a custom Strider.

BTW. Anyone get a Custom Strider AR Recurve this morning?:p Lucky dog.

Funny, not more than two hours ago I gave the girlfriends dad a pearl handled one. I'm not sure he knew what he had in his hand but it was sweet. Probably thinks it's some kind of plastic.:D I hope I'm not around when he "sharpens" it on the grinder.

I carried my SE FRN Spydie Cricket, which was backed up later on by a Vic Alox Soldier and Higonokami carpenter's knife.

I had my Calypso, Jr. that was later backed up by my NEW Combat Elite RRF!!!! YES!

Emerson karambit for tape and ribbons.
Modified Scallion for clampacks. (The blade kinda looks like a mini-razel)
Leatherman Wave for twist ties.

Merry Christmas All!!

This morning was: Spyderco Lum Folder & Benchmade Stryker 910SBT
(...and S&W 340pd Airweight :D )

I used my SS Native and lent my mom a Leatherman Micra. My sister insisted on using a box cutter, so I didn't need to break out the Wave. My g/f was good to go with the Leatherman Squirt S4 (w/ scissors) that I got her for Christmas. :)
