He replied to my email in March, citing family and health problems for the delay in delivering my knife. He stated mid-April for the delivery time. Needless to say, April has come and gone and so has most of May. He has not replied to my emails lately. Hopefully he hasn't had a health problem.

I agree, I hope he is ok. Hopefully he will get back in touch. I put down a 75% deposit and sent him the other 25% a few weeks ago. He hasn't cashed the 25% check yet.

I, too, have gotten no replies from Mr. Griffin, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't seriously concerned. It's become difficult not be discouraged. I suppose all any of us can do is wait, but is there anyone on the forum who might be able to provide any information in regards to Mr. Griffin? At this point anything would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hope he is alright.

I've gone a long time without a new bali. Been waiting for my Chuck Griffin custom... it was going to be the bali of my dreams. Its coming up on a year since I ordered it.

Now I just want my downpayment back, or the knife, or atleast some word from Mr. Griffin.

Hi Gang!

Chuck Griffin is back and apparently in good health. He emailed me today and informed me that my knife is ready.

He said that he has had a computer crash and is in the process of rebuilding his customer data base prior to May 27. If you have an order with him, you should probably email him at ceg5130@telepath.com.

What Mr. Steve harvey said.. I am VERY curious about what G has for me.. he says he is goign to make my "dream bali" (despite that by definition the dream bali is something you can never have)..

No... I have paid 75% and the other 25% is in his PO Box. He hasn't cashed the 25% yet. He also hasn't replied to my email I sent 7 days ago.

I'm sure he will, though I'm really excited about finally getting my knife after sooo long.

UHG... I sent him the final payment and he cashed it. I have now paid in full and waited one year for my knife. I was told 7/25/01 that I would recieve the knife by 7/28, or by 7/30 at the latest. Well its now 8/6, a week past due, and I have no knife. I've sent Chuck 2 emails inquiring on the status but haven't heard back yet.

If I finally get my knife it will be worth it.

Otherwise, I want my money back and I will go to great lengths to make sure that happens.
