Apparently it has changed, the shot below is from a current eBay auction, cropped and lightened up to make the holes more easily seen, the pouch, shown in another photo in the same auction is dated KF.

That's what mine looks like too, so no point in my posting a picture. Wonder why they never updated their web site?

FWIW, and my nomenclature will no doubt be incorrect: I prefer tip up carry of the civvie mostly because it makes reaching into my pocket a lot more comfortable. Tip down, the rear of the blade has a big square juncture that always scrapes and hurts my hand when I'm reaching for some change.
