I think it's a bit more than 2,5cm . It cuts very well but it's not really the good tool for sausage and marmaladeHow thick are those blades? Do they slice as well as stick?

Hi,How much such beauty cost?
But what range we are talking about $300, $500? Just curious. Maybe I'll try in future.Hi,
I can't give you an actual price because I bought mine a while ago .
But you can easily contact Clemente on facebook.
What I can say is that the price is really good for a a full handmade knife .

I would say 400$ but there can be a great variation of size so of price . You can order a 35cm blade, a very big knife, or a normal size around 11cm blade .But what range we are talking about $300, $500? Just curious. Maybe I'll try in future.
