this is one tht is a bit taller then most chef knifes making it great for prep work and still great for most everyday tasks.

the blade is cpm154 and is hardened to 62-63 with a belt finish
blade length is 9.25 inch with an over all length of 14 inches the height of the blade at the heel is jsut over 2.5 inch
the blade is full flat ground
the handle is stabilized olive wood and epoxy and pinned on with 1/8 inch SS pins
asking 500$

Niiiiiice. That would look good in my (or any) kitchen. Kinda Santoku-ish. I like it.
