Good for your Jerm. I gotta get my aZZ back on the treadmill and start hittin the heavy bag again. I was wrestling with my brother in law a few weeks ago, and I was way too sore the next day. Granted he was a state wrestler in high school, but I shouldn't be sore from 15 minutes of that. Maybe my tampon thievery and subsequent embarrassment was a subliminal message telling myself that I'm soft. I hope your diet is continuing as well Guyon.
