yeah, I killed the white bass there last year, wallys not so much....should be picking up in the next few weeks if the water would drop a bit.

Brian, have you thought about covering your blade with some masking tape, and then cutting out a pattern, so the patina can have a more exact design? I guess some would hate this idea as the free form look of many patinas has its own level of attraction.

I like the free form idea, but it takes a little practice to figure out the time/ingredients issue.
 
We troll crankbaits up and down below the spill way and do really well with the walleyes. Holler next time ur gonna fish it and maybe I'll meet up with ya
 
Do you guys eat the walleyes outta there? Just curious, cause in the chicagoland area, I would rather eat McDonalds than fish from our lakes and rivers.

Oh yeah. The only thing I wouldn't eat is catfish. Walleye around here are good.
 
Yep that UNI game was wild!!! I was standing for the last 5 minutes...I'm so stoked they pulled it off. I was a University of Iowa grad, but I pull for UNI as well. Especially since I've been on a 5 year protest against IU for keeping Alford after his allowance of Pierce and his double rape/imprisonment issues. Thank God he is gone, and hopefully they can find a good coach who can actually recruit...unlike Lickliter. Good guy, but no ability to grab talent.
