another day off for me
none of the sider streets have been plowed yet
and there is a few feet of snow on them.
in some areas 4ft drifts.
seems the main streets are plowed now and passable.

Mornin Men.It is a balmy 23 degrees here with snow on the way./One thing about living in a heavy snow area is that you still drive 65 mph everywhere. Be SAFE MEN!

Earned my Expert Infantryman's Badge yesterday. It involved 5 days of testing with a physical fitness test, day and night land navigation, over 30 different military tasks, all culminating in doing a 12 mile ruck march in less than 3 hours while it was raining and 33 degrees outside. Out of 554 that started I was one of 65 that finished, needless to say I am happy to be d'one with it. Now to relax and enjoy my weekend of muscle cramps and blistered feet. Also in the good news column is that I should have my RD AK back in a matter of weeks.
