Kurt, I don't know why you say that site is not wife friendly. I tried to get friendly with my wife after spending a few minutes on the site. Tried is the operative word.:D
 
Ok, when working with untanned ray skin, cut the re-hydrated skin oversize. It shrinks as it dries......

It also wont dry quickly pressed flat..........

Hopefully i can get it glued to the shanks this evening............ACK!

Learning experience....
 
Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing well. Congrats 11aabn on such an impressive achievement!
I was travelling all over my little country, got cold, slept a lot and didn't visit the BFC... but I'm back :cool:

This stuff is not co operating...........it would not dry fast enough pressed, so i laid it out flat to dry..........Now it is dry and curled up like a potato chip..................... My Japanese ancestors are laughing at me...........


I will figure this out............


Tonight i grilled tri tip again............Sorry you guys couldnt be here..............i felt bad so i ate enough for all of you...............

After i watch a movie i will contemplate the ray skin again........
