Thanks everyone, I am doing ok. I get pissed occasionally because I am a very independent person but have to have help to do almost everything, I almost started throwing thing yesterday when I fell and couldn't get up without help.

Apparently I avoid a lot of drama by only coming to the platinum club. There are very few other makers or companies out there that will ever see my money now that I know J. My favorite Horton is my damascus necker because she is the only one.

If I wanted to get a convex edge onto my Emerson Commander (it is half right already being a chisel lol) can I do it myself or would that be a huge pain?

Sorry about your struggles, man. I convex all my knives myself. Info is here on BF. You would probably only want to do the one side, Horton-style. If you do the flat side beyond just a polish it will work, but it will be assymetrical and not necessarily any sharper. Probably less sharp, since it will have a greater inclusive angle.

Any of you guys know much about shipping automatics knives? Are there states you can't ship them to? I would guess the communist states, cali, NY, etc? I know Oregon is a free state, but tryin to trade it local is becoming a PIA.

I know in Illinois only LEO and military people can have them on them (not sure if it is legal to own and not carry). In Illinois you can get arrested for carrying a sharp crayon, so my input might not help. Illinois is now the last state to have no provision for concealed carry.

Drinking enough that's why I'm going to bed now, eating.....yea .... enough as well...... fuck....I won't tell cuz I'm a gentleman....
See you guys tomorrow.
Cabra out.

What happened? Too many Busse folks converted to Hortons thus chisels getting hate in the B. forum? Gotta check that...
Jeremy, did I tell you yet I love your chisels? :D

11aabn, get well soon! Sending positive vibes.
Everyone else OK?

I was offline Wed through Fri, f*inf business trip to Slovakia, for nothing. The company's cut down everyone's salary while purposeless wasting money elsewhere - I think I'm done with them. The management's a bunch of f*ers. Why did they even hire me when they don't take my analyses into account? To hell with them, they'll get there quickly keeping this course.

Sorry for the rant, had to vent.

I'm training for my first marathon in the summer. Not the mass fashion event in Prague, but in the forests & hills on the CZ south border with Austria. Wish me luck.

I know they are illegal to possess in CA. However LE and Mil can have them here. I bought my Microtech back when I was in and all I had to show was my Gov ID and it was a solid sale. Keep in mind when things are illegal to possess in a state, they are illegal to bring into a state unless you are authorized to do so by an agency. Usually best to talk to the distributor or manufacturer as well to get their take on it.
