There is a Horton ringed fighter in the for trade section.The guy is looking to trade it for a Busse. If I had a Busse I would be all over it!Just to give the players a heads up!

Pffft,,, momma with oldest (8y) at the ER,,, he had been complaining of stomach aches for some days now, but when he was with me he played, ate, teased his little brother and acted normal,,, so, I didn't think much of it,,, he was with my aunt tonight and she had to call momma to come and collect him (very odd 'cause he usually likes it a lot at my aunts,,, he gets away with murder overthere) and they went to the ER,,, they started him on a drip and made some blood tests,,, nothing to be found,,, very frustrating,,, he had the same complaints a while back,,, I think it's psychological and considering getting him some mental help,,, he's got ADHD (takes Rilatine for that daily) and has a very high IQ (135),,, it's also a sensitive boy,,, I dunno mangs,,,

It's easier sometimes on the teachers to downgrade the achievers. Don't settle for anything they say for your son. Check it out and put him in a place that keeps him challenged.

It's a battle that's worth it!:thumbup:

I never wanted him on meds, but momma couldn't handle him anymore and he himself says he feels better when he takes it,,, I still think he's playing momma, but can't be 100% sure,,, in many ways he's like me, I was a 'difficult' childe, they didn't have the term ADHD back then :D

I passed all grades of basic and high school with ease, but tripped in University 'cause the work load was such I wasn't used to,,, never really learned to study, never needed it before,,, I fear he's heading the same way,,, will need to have a seriuos talk with his school,,, maybe have him skip a grade, so he gets challenged some more and he has to work for it,,,

Did tell momma she has to make an apointment with the child-psychiatrist who did his ADHD/IQ tests for a new evaluation,,,

It'll work out in the end and at least he doesn't have any physical issues at the moment :thumbup:

Hey Chibbi--Hope all works out w/ your son. I was a high school teacher for a lot of years. Some of my best and most successful kids had ADHD. They just need to be around teachers and others who care and understand what they're going through and can help them. Make sure his teachers understand what ADHD is and how they can best handle it.Make sure he's an individual to them and not just another face. I never got enough info about my students.I always had to go searching.
 
So yesterday I went searching for my leatherman.......sort of recalled seeing one in my truck, bob, ended up finding one in an OLD tackle box......by the end of the day I located 8 Leathermans, 1 Geber, and 2 SOG Multitools.
