Sorry about your sales thread.
I think the mod's took your wording the wrong way.
There are some flakes as someone mentioned,
I would have posted my displeasure with them in
the GBU (good bad ugly) forum.
Relist it and just have patience.
Dont let a bad experience and then the critique
of the mod's put you off. They in their mind,were
trying to prevent members from paying for an item which
may have been sold already.
We know you wouldnt do that on purpose,but
they have to watch for the masses.

Im still wondering when the statement
"I'll take it" changed to really mean
"I'll think about it,but want first dibs if I decide I do want it"


(of course I have no idea what the mod's were thinking
and in no way am I speaking on their behalf)

I changed my ad after a few guys stating that they will buy the knife, and then not paying.
This has been frustrating, with several emails, PMs etc. And no payment.
I have never had this kind of trouble on any other forum.

Originally, the ad said "First I'll take it wins"
I changed the tone of the sale to "first to pay gets the knife."

It looks like this has upset some members, and a mod.

unsure how this will turn out, but I enjoy hanging with you guys, and hope for the best.

I have treated everyone with respect, and I hope that I am treated with the same.

Hey man.
Same shit happened to me.
I offer a Mick Strider Custom on the exchange, is really one of a kind, this guy from Russia says " I will take it" so I send him an email, two days latter he says that he will pay in the next 5 days, so I waited....later he sent me an email saying that he does not have enough money to pay for the knife, some other dudes wanted the knife so I offered again only receiving answers that it was too late and they already spent the money........

Well the third knee is hurting like hell. Have not figured out yet how it is better. Going to head down to visit family for a week and set up rehab in Ann Arbor for the week.My wife has to drive the 350 miles because they said I can't drive for 3 weeks.Thanks for the well wishes!
