I never bought anything "out of stock" from them but I bought my Monocular from them and had no problem.

Yeah, they're good to go if the stuff is in stock. I bought two of the TRL-1s lights there. I don't recall anything negative about the transaction, and the price was right.

Well Mangs I wanted to give you an update on my knee. I had the 28 staples removed from my incision today. I am still waiting for it to feel better. Real tired of walking slower than an 80 year old with a hip replacement....lol. thank god for good pain killers.

thanks for the input guys, maybe I need to be more patient with them. I ordered some maxpedition gear from them a week and a half ago, the next day got an email saying that all 3 different items I ordered were out of stock, and I should get shipping notification in 7-10 days. still nothing. but If you guys say they are good, then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out. thanks again mangs

Well that sucks!
I get so pissed off when I order something and then
find out its out of stock.
I would call and cancel all that shit.
There are sooo many places to order from online.
These days of instant internet,shop owners can certainly
either update their online stock availability
or have the software that does it automatically.
I dunno,I guess as Im aging my patience is wearing off.
feel like they are ripping me off when I order something and then
find out after a week its out of stock and they will ship
it when they get it.

Night, I had a bad experience with them. I blue labeled (2 day air) an order that had a Pelican case on it and they said the whole order was in stock. The next day I got an email saying the case was out of stock. I called them and they said they had it available it a different color so I took it and stressed to the person that I needed the order right away for a trip and I paid for 2 day shipping. She said she would walk the order down to shipping personally. Two days later I get an email that my order shipped. I originally placed the order on a Monday and on Thursday I get this email. When I finally got the case it was the the wrong one. It had a permanent iPhone insert and cost 150% more than the case I ordered.
