thanks for the input guys, maybe I need to be more patient with them. I ordered some maxpedition gear from them a week and a half ago, the next day got an email saying that all 3 different items I ordered were out of stock, and I should get shipping notification in 7-10 days. still nothing. but If you guys say they are good, then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out. thanks again mangs
Night, I had a bad experience with them. I blue labeled (2 day air) an order that had a Pelican case on it and they said the whole order was in stock. The next day I got an email saying the case was out of stock. I called them and they said they had it available it a different color so I took it and stressed to the person that I needed the order right away for a trip and I paid for 2 day shipping. She said she would walk the order down to shipping personally. Two days later I get an email that my order shipped. I originally placed the order on a Monday and on Thursday I get this email. When I finally got the case it was the the wrong one. It had a permanent iPhone insert and cost 150% more than the case I ordered.
Not good. If they're not careful, they're going to get a reputation similar to Botach, who was/is notorious for out-of-stock, backorder items.
Customer service or a manager/owner ought to see both the write-ups above. Does the Live Chat on their site work?
