Well Mangs I go back to work tomorrow after being off for a month for my knee replacement. I will be on light duty what ever that means being a lieutenant in a prison.been a busy summer at work with the heat and humidity everyones tempers are short been alot of assults and stabbings. As long as they keep it to other prisoners and not staff we will be fine.

Mc Graber it was partialy arthritis and from the removing all of the cartlidge last year. It ended up causing my knee cap to wear a hole in the side of my femur bone. They took everything out and grinded the hole down and put a titanium strikeplate in and a prostetic piece of cartlidge.I just wish the swelling would go away my left knee is 3 times the size of my right.
