Jeremy, I was out cutting grass, weed eating, and taking care of a fallen limb when you called the other day. Hope all is well in C-town.
 
Breakfast

- 25g Quick Oats
- 4g Raw sugar
- 15-20g dried fruit (goji berries, black currants)
- 185g water

Put in microwave for 1 min. Stir. 1 more min or until starts rising.

- 1TS Flax Meal
- 1TS Psylium husk
- 1TS Hemp seeds
- 1TS Chia seeds
- 7 Almonds
- 25g Vanilla Protein powder

Mix all together
Pour over the whole thing 125g Chocolate milk

that recipe looked delicious mang, but I couldn't figure out how to make it. the only thing measured by grams in the "states" is dope:eek: LOL

For my American friends...the recipie was developed by my good friend Konrad.

- 0.88oz Quick Oats
- 0.14oz Raw sugar
- 0.50-0.70oz dried fruit (goji berries, black currants) you can also substitute other fruits such as fresh bananas / raisins etc
- 6.5oz water

Put in microwave for 1 min. Stir. 1 more min or until starts rising.

- 1TS Flax Meal
- 1TS Psylium husk
- 1TS Hemp seeds
- 1TS Chia seeds
- 7 Almonds
- 0.88oz Vanilla Protein powder (once scoop that is usually included)

Mix all together
Pour over the whole thing 4.4oz Chocolate milk
