Sorry to hear about the water troubles.
Good luck getting things dried up man.

On a positive note, My blade impressed again last night.
Dug some holes into and split some knotty oak.
This thing gets work done.

That tip is just mean.

And the handle really is nice. Solid and very grippy.

We’re almost done cleaning. No big damage thanks God but all was wet and smelly. Pipe it’s fixed and insurance is going to take care of the expenses, they already send someone to take pictures and all of that. We are using cat litter for sucking the rest of the water, our neighbour came running this morning with two sacks of the stuff and it’s really doing the job, we are only using it in the parts its almost dry. I’m working on the fans but they are not easy to come by.

The insurance guy is taking care of almost all of it, if he finish before nigh I might buy him some beer.

My girl it’s going to be pissed, she is in Africa working and she does not know…. I’m not calling to give the bad new either.

Any way, back to cleaning….

When you get the fans and dehumidifier, keep them running (and get them running as quick as you can). Like Squish said, the air movers an dehumidifiers are much cheaper than mold remediation.

That 2y/old smoking is just disturbing.

After the last Firefox update I was having that issue (and a couple of others) with my laptop. Mama removed Firefox and downloaded the older version and it's working like a champ now..

I like your sig line by the way. I sold a NMSFNO to someone who is now a dealer and received a pm a couple of weeks later from someone different who had just bought it for $75 more!




Cabra: Sorry dude. I don't know if you guys have equipment rental stores over there but like others have said get some floor drying fans in there or your house may be unlivable (temporarily) due to mold. :( Good luck with Mama!





I have orientation for a new job today!:) I'm pretty excited. 4/10 schedule and a few $ increase in pay plus new (to me) equipment to work on. I'm a happy dude today!
 
Thanks guys, fans are working....makes lots of noise....

So I took out all the stuff that was in the middle....shit is, that its starting to rain...so looks like its a wet day for me and momas fav rug its wet.... I'm gonna heat the house a bit see if that helps.

Its raining....I dont know if I should cry or laugh......I'll laugh and have a beer.

Hey Cabra,,, you still got your health and in the end that's what matters :)

The house will dry up and aside from a lot of hassle and work,,, it'll be good as new,,, :thumbup:

I dont really sell anything,
just sick and tired of 1 guy who seems to be on 24/7
and when a fair to good deal is posted,
he grabs it and then resells it 2 weeks later.
This 1 guy in particular,in the busse forum,was forced
to get a dealers membership.
I dont know how he is allowed to sell stuff in any forum
other than the dealers forum. He must have paid someone off :)

Anyway,just my personal protest againt that kinda shit.
(feel free to use my sig in yours!)

I dont really sell anything,
