well... I am not going to Vegas for the bachelor party or USN. I gotta see a guy tomorrow to get a bandsaw and drill press. Finally going after my dreams to make knives. This place has been a huge source of inspiration. I will slowly start to build up what I need and hopefully one day get to make creations like the works of art that Jeremy now makes.

Well, I'll be!

May you have success ... and do share your progress here, assuming Jeremy is comfortable with that.

Picked up a Kalamazoo 1SM today. What grit belts are recommended for practice sharpening of machete's, knives, and such?

I have followed the saying of, "slow is smooth and smooth is fast" for a long time. I take it seriously. I will probably start a thread in the knifemaking section one I get started to get advice and tips. Thanks for the kind words everyone.

I think Nick said he wasn't going to Vegas. Btw, you might hurt an aspiring med student stripper's feelings by calling her a grinder.:D

Have a good weekend everyone and stay safe.
