We did a tour of Mammoth Cave last week and have a funny story. There are probably a hundred people in our group and our guide leads us past the Bottomless Pit. He shines his rechargable 5D size Maglite into the pit and says "as you can see, you can't see the bottom and we have no idea on how deep this pit is." When I get to the pit I break out my Oveready 12P with one one Moddoo's 1200 lumen Triples in it. It easily lights up an underground river probably 400+ feet below. Lots of people took pictures of the bottom of the Bottomless Pit that day.

That is hilarious man. Thanks for sharing.

Btw. I didn't have to get the Gold membership because of the Hortons sale - they really need no advertising. I just might have to do this because of some other knives, but we'll see yet. I've also became 100% Busse-less. Unfortunately, I also have no Horton knife at hand at the moment (although technically I own a few), 'cause the Horton pants tailor is geting quite delayed already...
