Nice! We call them "koblihy" which simply means "doughnuts". But for the purposes of this forum, I'll refer to them as "paczki" :)

Mike, is every Tuesday fat Tuesday? :D

Filip fat Tuesday is at the end of lent I believe. Which is something to do with the Catholic religion. I believ it is in February. So we only get them once a year.

Ah, so that's no biggie, then - you can sweat it out, don't you? :)

Morning.

Not entirely sure what I'm going to do. Up since 5 am ... and I've run out of vaguely scientific things to do.:(

U guys r lucky to have 2 day week ends I get to play with high voltage all day
wife found some 7.3 fords so when I do get off work it is off to the dealership to check them out
Best diesels ford ever had

Beaveseat, if it helps anyhow, I was playing with the drain pipe in our flat last weekend :barf: I'd rather play with high voltage :D
Old Physics, is it possible to do something non-scientific? ;)

I was heat treating a chicken today.

1500 degrees for 2 hours and then let cool to room temperature. Chicken is the same as A2 right?:D

Yes BBT, very similar. Next time I'm gonna make some chicken-bacon damascus, I'll HT it packed in a foil ;)

Yes, definitely. The manufacturer's information saying "bake until crispy brown" is too vague for me - I need more data :D

Oh, yes.

For example: just how brown? And are we talking dorsal or ventral? What about interior color? The questions ... they just multiply.

Oh man! Nice singletrack, good bike, Horton knife and a hawk... must have been wonderful, Pauli! Thanks for the pics.
