My local roaster, Solar Roast, keeps me happy. They do many varieties and use solar panels to power their roasting. I enjoy most of their offerings, but avoid anything with added flavors. 30 oz of pour-over every morning, decanted into a thermal carafe and an occasional social cup in the afternoon.I have to admit that Salmon Run Coffee from Canada is definitely in my top 5 all time! It is great!!

Good to hear you are getting quite a bit of use out of the new roaster, especially considering how much of an investment it was. They had it listed in the description about these being big, I just didn't realize how much bigger. It’s official. As of last night’s roast, I have roasted over 100 pounds of coffee in my new roaster in a little less than a year. Just about time to order some more beans…
Maragogype (Maragogipe) = “Elephant” bean. It’s a mutant (genetic mutataion) that causes the beans to be extra large. Some grinders have a hard time picking them up into the burrs.
