Haven’t posted back here in awhile. Hope y’all are doing well!

Still doing the homeroast thing. Finally seem to have found a groove with the Bullet roaster after only two years lol, my roasts are turning out how I want them to now. I was over roasting by pulling the beans at the same point I would have in my air roaster. Pulling them not long after first crack now, and getting the desired results. That was a big change, and was a difficult adjustment for me.

Enjoying a nice Peruvian today.

ETA - lol, tomorrow is literally the 2-year anniversary of my first batch in the Bullet!

It's from Iron Bean and got it as part of the secret Santa swap we did last Christmas. It's noticeably larger than my other stonewear mugs. If I had to guess it's probably 20 oz.

Yes. Some of them get pretty collectible. I use all of mine though.

I am the only coffee drinker in the house and I am not a gourmet by any means. I use a little 5 cup maker ( caprezzo from Amazon ) and I buy pretty much what is the best buy in a medium roast. The store brand (Signature Select) KONA is what I usually drink and I like it as well as the kauai with both being al least 10% Kona. If there is a better deal on Seattles Best, Lavazza, gevelia I get them. I have not done Folgers or eight o'clock for years. I NEVER buy Starbucks, Donut shot or others of that ilk.
