Coffee

Nice list we've got going. Are we planning on keeping the minimum at 50? Just trying to come up with some options outside of what I roast. Equipment and such.
 
Being new to this, I should ask, is this a coffee exchange? Knives and coffee? What do you guys usually do? Thanks

If you look back it is definatly coffee. Then you can add anything you want! I have even received jewelry (thanks cchu)! So use your imagination and make it fun. I guess this is were we all agree on things.
 
I like that. I think I've got something at home just for this. I won't give away the surprise though.;)
 
I will pick names and let everyone know SUNDAY EVENING. That should give us all time to....... think.... buy.....and ship!
 
I get monthly shipments of Amora coffee. I love the "Intenso Blend" by them. It is my daily driver lol. I could start an amora coffee shop of my own I have so much of their coffee stocked up. But seriously check out the Amora Coffee intenso blend. Definite winner

I just tried cold brew for the first time this morning. From a pre '68 Revere ware drip-o-later.
All ready to go on the secret santa...I'm a little over the 50-75 range. I'm getting excited.
 
How did you like the cold "Drip -o- Later" brew?

I am picking up beans today.....I will be ready to ship Monday/Tuesday.

-The Secret Santa name you get - that person will not have your name.
-No opening gifts until Christmas Eve. :rolleyes: yeah, right. It's fun to see who cracks first. Do your best!

To be honest ... I don't no for sure. I tried with newly roasted beans. My wife's Palate is much better than mine,so I'll wait for Her opinion. But I'm feeling the caffeine kick in.
 
I use a stainless micro screen in the bottom so I can grind much finer. But I might have over filled the water because 1/4 " of grounds sat in the water over night.
