Cold Steel's 2013 new product lineup video

Cold Steel's 2013 line up is a definite improvement over 2012. It includes at least 8 items I definitely want to get sooner or later.
It's great to see them bring back the Poll Axe [ how on Earth the Gentleman somewhere above could deride this item as "mall ninja" is beyond me] I hope they also bring back the Halberds, they used to offer, for 2014.
Cold Steel continues to be the most unique knife company in the world.
[Although CRKT deserves an honourable mention for their 2013 offerings. Those FE fixed blades are very cool although expensive]
 
I got the poll axe several years ago when it was called the pole axe, cut the handle down to 36", and made a bad ass battle axe!
 
Smatchet, All Terrain Chopper, Barong, and Royal Kukri will definitely be picked up, as Cold Steel's machetes are always affordable and while not Condor quality, still fun enough. No doubt on me getting those. I love the XL Talwar, and since I like big folders, I wouldn't mind the XL Recon either, price could be discouraging though, same with the Marauder. I'll likely bite the bullet and get the Talwar, not as sure on the XL Recons as I already have the XL Voyagers and they're sufficient for me. And for shits and giggles I'll probably pick up one of the new spikes and the Hide Out.

And I don't plan on actually buying it, but I have to say the idea of telling someone I have a poll axe in my bedroom just tickles me.
 
Man that lineup is stacked! My wallet hurts just watching the video. So many blades so little cash to spend on em...
