Asking people to do the honorable thing in a polite manner isn't harping. But, as of now their silence does speak volumes about them, maybe that counts as harping.
 
wow asking to do the right thing (asking seller to adhere to his own selling requirements) is called "harping" now? i have no stake in this sale. it has nothing to do with me however i will speak up when baseless accusations are made.
