I saw this pic over on GEC's site in the What's Happening section:

It's captioned, "Collectorknives.net #85 cap ends formed and ready to be tommyed on"

What's Mike up to?
 
Man, if that happened I might never have to buy another knife again. . . except of course unless I came across the single blade ebony 85. . . hmmmm, someday. Either way, I want one!
 
So excited about this one. I just reserved a EO jack in ebony (Jack Spear / Modified Coping: long matchstriker, EO, end cap, satin finish, no etch, no serial). Hope I don't kick myself for not going for the horn...

It would. I still just haven't found what I've been looking for. This or an ebony gunstock would scratch the itch.

Maybe I ought to look at the Tidioute again. :o

Just did the same. The horn sounds great, but I've had an ebony itch.
 
I think so. It will likely be short enough so as not to protrude into the EO notch.

Striped Buffalo Horn sounds intriguing....don't believe I've ever seen that before
 
Antique Yellow Bone, EO Jack with coping secondary this is the knife I have been waiting for my entire life. People talk about grails, this is my grail. Mike you out did yourself with this one, I tip my hat to you sir. Unless something changes soon I probably won't be able to get one but I am very much looking forward to seeing pictures posted when you guys and gals get yours.
