These are so cool but the Ti won't cut as well as steel.
Mecha has a level 17.342 security clearance so he has the recipe for some super secret HT recipes!!! They weeeel keeeel!!!

Nunchuks? CCW ti chopstick sheaths? One could have a whole arsenal of these things!
One small bar of beta ti sword alloy is going to be turned into two more pairs of combat chopsticks, more refined, and worthy of the most masterful and gastronomically adept noodle ninja. Unlike the prototypes, these won't be made from scrap cuts.
You wouldn't believe how much time and pressure on a band saw it took to split the bar that far, and then it must be cut again along the other plane, yielding four smaller square bars. The tips on these will be forged down, ground smooth, heat-treated, and polished up.
