I'd love to see a shot of the spines of the LE and Fudge versions. Especially to get a look at that top grind.

Agreed, the original profile was way better..... But I went for one anyway.

Couldn't justify the fudge though....
 
Just got off the phone with pokey and placed my order for a UGLE with green canvas micarta...... I tried all evening yesterday on the site and could never get it to go through, never had that happen before. Had to get my UGLE the old fashion way.

I have one on order because I like the size, useable choil, usable belly, and edge lines, but I am trying to figure out what that false edge is for. Traditionally it is meant to augment "penetration" (which is already kind of pointless (get it:rolleyes:"pointless") unless you are attacking armor), but it does not look like it even goes all the way to the tip. It seems like I a saw a similar design where the maker claimed it was a "bone chopper" for skinning when you did not want to dull the sharp edge (though I can't imagine why that would be necessary either). I kinda wish I could get one with a regular spine.
 
Good point (unintentional). Should be good for a little weight reduction off that .220 spine. Handle looks super comfy, and this style talon hole looks like an excellent guard.

And the name... I think I'd buy it for that alone. The UGLE. And the FUGLE. Maybe we'll see the Miitary Urban Gear version next, the FUGMUG.
