Because people are immature and feel they ARE ENTITLED TO Belittle and Demoralize people in a public forum
Many of the younger folks that belong..(Just guessin and my opinion)
Have severe entitlement issues..People have no clue on how to communicate..
Or try to settle things like rational people
Kinda reminds me as of lately
Suing for anything you can sue for and or any amount you can get..FOR ANY REASON..

The short answer is that I was rash. I don't think I should say any more than that. I overreacted.

I am sorry for all the trouble I caused.

IMHO if someone offers a return and full refund then there is no reason to open a thread and ask for intervention. I dont understand this mentality that if you buy a product and arent happy with it that you feel it gives you the right to demand new terms. Even if the knife had the said defects if a full refund is offered for the safe return of the knife then there is nothing left to argue. Even if you want to keep the knife and get money back that is all fine and well but what you want and what you are entitled to are completely two different things. And I think people need to be very very VERY sure of allegations before making them. In particular the accusations that the seller opened the knife. There are very very few ways to tell a knife was opened. In some cases there is no way to tell if it was done properly. So to accuse anyone of that without firm proof (of which there is no way to have any in this case) is poor form even if the knife had a few issues. My question is why so hesitant to send the knife back if it in fact has the stated problems? Either way it seems pretty sad it had to come to this point when it seems there were some ways to avoid it before it went this far.

That is good of you to admit. How are you proceeding? Keeping the knife or returning?

Nice to see everyone work it out. Much better than p matching each other with no one ever being able to win.

Glad to see this matter is resolved.

Could/should have been done long ago

This has since been resolved!! Rick has contacted me, and has decided NOT to accept a refund. I do not know why, since he claimed he was so unhappy with the knife, but that is what he chose!

As for this thread, it isn't very relevant anymore, MODS, do with this as you please!

MODs will be contacted about getting rid of negative feedback on both our profiles.

Thanks so much guys. Sorry this had to go public on this forum, it wasn't my doing, but I apologize nonetheless.

Closing this for now. Report your negative feedback through the itrader system, the site owner will review and determine if it is worthy of reversal. Due to several members being trigger happy with negatives lately, I would not expect any immediate action if any in that area. There should be some accountability when it comes to leaving a specific rating and some argue that if you leave someone a bad rating, it should stay. Not being too quick on the trigger as it were. Moderators cannot reverse or modify feedback scores.
