I have recently tried to send two e-mails to Countycomm asking about a product. I got no response from the first so I tried sending another and got back a message saying
"The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<sales@countycomm.com>"

Has this happened to anyone else?

Thats pretty lame, considering that they do not post a customer service phone number. Hopefully its a tech issue that will resolve quickly. Best be may be to keep on trying.

I want to know if it's safe to use the pilot flask for fruit juice or milk on a regular basis, and if it has any BPA's.

When I contacted them about being double billed for my last order because of what I believe was a script error on their checkout page, I basically got the 'sucks to be you' response composed of about 1 sentence after about 4 days of waiting. Luckily, it was a small order and I gave the extra items to my father-in-law, no biggie. Maybe I just caught whoever answered my e-mail on a bad day but I wasn't at all impressed with the CS.

I've ordered from them once, and only once.

I never received any communication from them about receiving the order, processing the order, getting an order number for tracking, shipping info, nothing.

I got my items, but the lack of comms makes it likely I won't be using them again.

I've ordered from them a half dozen times and never had an issue. My orders where shipped complete and quick.

On their FAQ page:

If you need to talk to a live person, please email us your phone number and a good time to call you back.

I've never had a problem they were not willing to solve with me. Email them, they will call you.

Thanks for the advice. I did not mean to turn this into a feedback thing. I was wondering if something is wrong with the site.

Thanks for the advice. I'll give it a shot but all my e-mails keep bouncing back so we'll see. Maybe the error is on my end.

I've had successful emails just a few days ago using the same email address. They are a bit spotty on replying though, I've had to resend emails on more than one occasion, sometimes they'll respond immediately, sometimes it will take days.

I sent an email to them last week, haven't received a response yet. Had no problems ordering from them though.

Countycomm is wishywashy. Sometimes they are quick and fast with emails and others...not so much. Just depends. One thing I have to add is there shipping charges are a little too high, but those prices are UPS so Countycomm really can't be blamed.

Same here, there communication sucks but I have always gotten my orders. Usually before they ever answered an email. I had a nato band one time that got hung up in the mail and submitted a a paypal dispute and still never got a reply from them.

I've ordered from Countycomm several times and always got my order quickly and accurately. If memory serves, their shipping charges are pretty high, but their prices are decent. They've got some cool stuff.
