Companion With Buffalo Horn & Mosaic Pins, Hand made from 3/16" 1095 high carbon, full tang, full taper grind with hand filed thumb groves in the spine. Buffalo horn handles with beautiful figure in the one the other shows slight lighter spots, thinned to about 1/8" thick, and hand sanded to 1000 grit and hand buffed. two 1/4" mosaic pins and a 1/4" lanyard hole. The 600 grit hand rubbed blade is 3 & 1/4" long and is 7 & 1/4" overall. NO SHEATH this one screams for leather. NO LONGER FOR SALE!!!! This one is going to ilbruche for pants I am keeping it for myself Thanks for looking Doug

Back in the saddle again. Nice knife! The subtle figure of the horn scales complement the mosaic pins well. This Companion has well thought out proportions w/ good control of the blade from the full length handle. Doug's making one up for me and its gonna be cool, too. :thumbup:
 
Doug makes an awesome knife! This one sure is a beauty! If I hadn't just had him make me one, I'd be snatching this one up. Plus my wife would probably kill me.... again!
